During this interactive class, you'll learn the dynamic movements of the core and how breathing affects core, pelvic floor, and lower back health. Dr. Kelsey will teach the audience why kegels are not the answer to pelvic floor dysfunction, why your lower back pain has lingered as you've aged and since having children, and why your core doesn't feel stronger, regardless of the work you put into it. This is an excellent class designed for pregnant women, post-partum women (post-partum is forever, by the way), or any individual that struggles with chronic lower back pain.

You'll also receive Dr.Kelsey's book at this class. Wear comfortable clothes as you will be moving and doing the rehabilitative exercises and bring a mat or towel to lay on.
