Complete, cost-free convention registration assistance including volunteers, name badges and welcome bags. To save time at registration, we prepare your name badges in advance.
Convention Welcome
We are happy to arrange an official welcome from the Mayor’s office or Chamber of Commerce.
Free Visitor Guides
Complimentary visitor guides and area maps are available to any group.
Shuttle Service
Special shuttle service and transportation can be arranged for convention delegates. Any fee for said service must be paid by the association.
Programs
We assist in arranging speakers, tours and programs for conventions. Any fee for said service must be paid by the association.
Spouse Programs
We are happy to arrange spouse programs. We can also assist in scheduling tours of Mitchell businesses and attractions.
