As the first hand-inscribed and illustrated Bible in over 500 years, the original project represents an extraordinary achievement led by Donald Jackson, scribe to the Queen of England. The Heritage Edition captures the splendor of the original with exceptional printing quality, vivid illuminations, and whimsical animal sketches used to correct the eight rare mistakes, adding a touch of charm. Spanning seven folios, the Bible comprises 1,150 pages, 160 illuminations, and an astonishing 3.5 million hand-drawn letters. More than its grandeur, however, The Saint John’s Bible offers a sacred encounter with scripture, where the beauty of its craftsmanship invites readers to engage with the divine in new and profound ways.
